Hi! I am hoping I could get some help here. I have a CHERRY MOBILE RAZOR 2.0 .... Nagcharge ako ng phone while naka off... pag open ko afterwards "ENCRYPTION UNSUCCESSFUL" yung lumabas... then sinunod ko yung instruction na i-reset sa factory settings pero it didn't work. Anyone knows how to fix it? Thanks alot!
