MY flare cannot recognized by windows

Pa help naman po! yung flare ko kapag nka-connect sa PC/ Laptop ito sinasabi."One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfuntioned, and Windows does not recognized it." Ska hndi ako makapag delete/format ng internal storage ko? even yung mga laman ng internal memory ko hndi ko ma-delete. walang delete option kapag nag-long press ako sa file. What will i do?
