hi po...need ko ng help kakarecieved ko lng ng cherry mobile burst...di ko sya magamit kc laging nag foforced reboot pag ginagamit ko...lagi ko na lng binubuksan ung likod ng battery pra iopen ulit...anu po gagawin ko? sna may magreply...salamat

sorry super late reply, try mo wipe data sa recovery, para makapunta sa recovery hold mo yung vol.DOWN+Power button habang nakapatey, tapos pag lumabas na yung "BURST" screen, release mo na.

to navigate recovery:
vol.up to move up
vol.down to move down
power button to enter

WARNING: mawawala lahat ng installed apps mo, contacts, mms pag nag wipe data ka kaya magbackup ka muna ng contacts mo
